Our office offers all phases of architectural services including code research, conceptual design, design development, contract documents, bidding administration, construction administration and contract close-out.

We work in a variety of styles-from traditional to contemporary-and in a variety of occupancies including single family residential, multi-family residential, retail and commercial. Our design approach for each project is shaped by and responsive to the desires, program and budget of the individual client. We are typically involved in the project from inception to completion, providing assistance and guidance on both technical and aesthetic issues. We also offer interior design services, although we also often work with interior designers.

Our fees are established by the level of design services required for the successful completion of the project. We typically charge hourly or as a percentage of construction cost, but can also provide work according to a fixed fee on projects of well-defined scope.
